interview session

I currently hold the position as Head of Human Resource and Development of one big community movement that focus to give children in street situation better access to get a better welfare in aspects like education, economy, politics, and social culture. Last week i held an interview as the selection of the new staff, the enthusiasm was beyond my expectation. Beside the questions regarding capability, strength, weakness, i as well proposed them one question which is:
"the HRDs are responsible for handling hundreds of volunteers, make an assessment of their characteristics, and matching one's personality whether they are prepared and ready to interact with the children or not. Now I want to see your capability of assessing one person's character, please describe my personality just based on our short conversation and this short meet with me. There's no right or wrong answer, you can give me harsh opinion, judge me based on how the way I look, or whatever, say it as you pleased"
These were the answer I remembered, despite their diverse answers, it is so much fun to know others' judgement on me
Person 1: "I guess you didn't originally come from Jogjakarta. Probably from Jakarta/so. You are quite stylish. But definitely fussy and carping." *I'm actually a geeky introvert*
Person 2: "Mean, vicious, high maintenance and ambitious. Having high expectation and assessment toward people. You don't play easy on people."
Person 3: "Pretty nice, outgoing, charming aura. You couldn't stop smiling so i guess you're easily impressed. "
Person 4: "I actually knew you since high school as my senior. You might didn't know me but I often saw you bringing books, so i guess you have a broad knowledge and a clever one. You have that significant vintage style, different than other. I as well read your blog, A lot of my friends did actually, and I think you are very kind. To be honest I'm pretty much surprised that you also joined this community since you are one really busy person. "

I actually thanked that girl for reminding me to keep writing on my blog, A lot of answers were quite interesting. Some of them were right, (well despite the fact i actually am a real Jogjakartans), but it is so surprising, knowing the fact that every person can have a really different perspective on me.One said I am a mean person but one said i'm kind. Well I learned that, everybody can have different judgement but doesn't matter, I actually think they are all kind and nice
