Brownies Coklat Biji bijian

Liburan Kemarin aku main kuas lagi, dan eksperimen dengan resep baru; Choco Dates Brownies. Brownies yang ini lebih cenderung dibuat kering, karena biasanya selalu buat yang basah dan yang ini masih di tuang Hanuka Honey dan atasnya ditaburi biji bijian!! Suka sekali

Mungkin bedanya ketika setengah matang ditabur aneka kacang kenari panggang, gandum, almond cincang. Lalu di panggang lagi sampai matang

Hash Brown Potato Egg Nest

This is a super easy one you can finish just about less than 1 hour or so. Suit well for brunch or a quick breakfast and you can adjust or add any ingredients as you prefer. goodluck! 

Ingredients:

75 gr frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 medium eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

2 slices cooked beef bacon/smoke beef, crumbled

1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, shredded

½ tablespoon parsley, chopped

2 avocados, sliced and chilled

1. Mix hash browns, salt, pepper, olive oil and 1 cup Cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl
2. Grease the muffin pan and divide hash brown mixture. Use your fingers to pack them tightly and shape them into nests
3. Bake at 200 degrees  C or until the edges have browned and the cheese has melted, about 15 minutes
4. Crack a medium egg into each nest and season with salt and pepper to taste
5. Top with crumbled beef bacon, 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese and parsley
6. Bake at 180 C until the egg whites set, about 13 to 16 minutes
7. Let it cool, gently slide a knife along the edges and use a fork to lift it out of the pan
8. Dish and serve with chilled avocado slices

during holiday

 I do had a great time last holiday(seems fast to be fly by tho) I did some DIYs, went to some places, and so on. I got some pics of them luckily: 1. Make that floral wire text. 2. Second DIY; orange flower wreath and hang it on my door. 3. 1st anniversary! I made the journal&that cake (with lot of chacha candies+kit-kats!). 4. new haircut:-). 5. Ordered this lovely shoes from selittoes shoes, cuteness overload

 Today was such a good day, like i usually did to boost my mood up, I spend the chill morning with hot tea and some sweet treats, listening to a good folk song, and drifting my mind into positive frequency. life's good...

Another thing i did, planted a baby cactuses and made their own pots as well, It didn't take much time or work and in the end, it looks pretty cute<3

holiday project: planting

Planting some greens always been such a great way to spent time, so today i decided to plant a plant in a brand new way, in a tiny little glass bottle. beside, I don't have any else to do ha ha

it's like only have 4 cm height, and i thought one day I might lost it (ofcourse) So I made a very-simple-necklace-version of it, that it became more "visible". All i had to do was tight it in a piece of leather rope and add some details like beads

That's it, my 20 minutes of hardwork hahaha. I put it in the window to keep the plant growing, and it looks cute to see it hanging on there, I haven't decide weather I'll wear it as necklace or not because it's kinda fragile and i don't wanna broke the plant. BTW finally, a productive day! Fiuh...
